Does anyone have this problem? I have a kind of sleep disorder that causes me to react with my dreams. My friend suggested that I go to my doctor and try to get some help to lessen the problem but any of you who know me know that I won't go anywhere near a doctor unless I'm in excrusiating pain. What happens is my mind overreacts to my dreams and I acctualy perform actions that have to do with them. One night I dreamed that I was being attacked and I was kicking my attacker. I felt my leg jerking around and my toes became sore and when I woke up my mom was standing there asking me why I was kicking the wall next to my bed. These have gotten stranger and I was trying to find a way to more of less fix the problem in a way that avoids prescription meds or strapping myself down befor I go to sleep. Any sudgestions?
